Attitude of Salespeople

Oftentimes when engaging in the car-buying process, the person trying to sell you the car is almost robotic in their pursuit of a sale. We’re disturbed by this widespread behavior, and we seek to do the opposite. Here at Precision, we promise no less than first-class customer service when you come in to search for a new vehicle. We value each individual customer as a unique case – we’ll work with you to understand your needs and goals, your limitations, and whatever else may factor into your car buying decision. Car buying should be a personal experience, and you should come away with a new friend in your sales associate.

Transparency

Furthermore, we place extreme value on transparency and honesty in our transactions. While other dealerships use smoke and mirrors to avoid details that might reduce the purchase price, or attempt to make an up sell based on unfounded speculation and misinformation, we’ll give it to you exactly how it is. We wouldn’t want to be tricked when buying a car for ourselves, and we closely adhere to the golden rule – treat others the way you wish to be treated yourself. Honesty should be a selling point, not something that detracts from business. When you come to purchase a car from us, we’ll give it to you straight. From pricing and known issues to previous customers’ opinions, we want you to make an informed decision. Unfortunately individuality and honesty seems to be slipping away as a lost art in the car buying process — we’re bringing it back stronger than ever.
